LPSFest IRL will be located in Tupelo, Mississippi in the United States.

We have 4 ticket options available, ranging from $30 to $100. A standard admission ticket costs $30, and a vendor's choice ticket costs $100. For more information, please visit the Tickets page.

To ensure the safety of all of our attendees, there are several restrictions in place: All attendees must be above the age of 4. Attendees under the age of 12 must be accompanied by someone who is 12 or older. There is a cheaper ticket option available for parents and family members who need to accompany an attendee. All attendees under the age of 18 must have an adult present at registration.

LPSFest was created, and is currently run, by a long-term member of the LPS community, a 21-year old girl named Ali. She is known in the community by her online username, @lpscolliewolves, on Instagram and YouTube.

Tickets are refundable until June 19th, exactly 30 days before the event begins. Past this date, refunds will not be given. Your tickets can be resold or transferred to someone else. To request a refund or complete a transfer, please contact lpsfestofficial@gmail.com. Because LPSFest is a small event, the majority of ticket profits go back into hosting the event. We generally incur a small loss. Most purchases will be made by June 19th, so a refund requested past this point is a guaranteed loss. Please plan accordingly.

You will be given an identification lanyard at registration. We encourage you to wear your lanyard while you are in the venue building. If you leave the building and come back, and your lanyard is not present, you will be required to check in again.

If you would like a dedicated space for selling things, you will need to purchase a vendor ticket. Approaching attendees with the intention of selling or creating a makeshift "booth" on one of the tables is not allowed. However, if you decide to accept a money offer for an LPS instead of trading it, or need to complete a pre-arranged exchange for an item, that is fine.

The venue that LPSFest is planning to host in is compliant with the ADA. However, this venue is much pricier than our previous venue, and if we do not sell enough tickets to cover the cost, we may have to rent a different venue. Our usual venue is not ADA compliant and is only accessible by stairs. If you are a wheelchair user, we encourage you to postpone buying your tickets and check back closer to the event date. Once a venue has been secured, it will be stated here.

Outside food and drinks must get approval before being brought into the venue. In general, we recommend that you don't bring anything that could accidentally stain a tablecloth (ex. tomato soup, ice cream bars) and any food that contains a major allergen (peanuts, tree nuts, milk, fish, shellfish, wheat, soybeans, sesame, and eggs.) If you have a severe allergy, we ask that you inform us beforehand so we can ensure there is minimal exposure. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed under any circumstances.
